What Is Your Return Policy?

• For purchases made on DistinguishedCamera.com: we value customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will gladly process your return within 30 days of purchase. A returned product must be in like-new condition, with no alterations made to it, and all original parts and packaging must be included, as well as a copy of your original invoice. • For purchases made through third-party retailers: Return policies vary from retailer to retailer, please contact the store where your product was purchased for more information on their specific return policy. Please note that Distinguished cannot process a return for a product not purchased on Distinguishedcamera.com.

What Is The Warranty Of My Distinguished Product?

We guarantee the quality of all Distinguished Products. We offer a one-year warranty against craftsmanship defects on our Camera Straps.
Please note that Distinguished is not responsible for damage to equipment or injury related to the purchase and/or use of any of our products.


What Is Not Covered?

Damage due to normal wear and tear; damage caused by lack of care, mishandling, accident, or abuse; damage caused by use of the product for other than its intended purpose; damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance of the product; damage to a product that has been modified or altered; and damage to any cameras, equipment, or personal property used in conjunction with the product.

How Do I Make A Claim Under This Warranty?

We will gladly exchange your product with a copy of the original receipt. Do not dispose of the defective product prior to contacting us. We will need the defective product and all original parts in order to process your claim.

What Is Wear And Tear And How Do I Prevent It?

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs over time as a result of normal use or aging. It is not considered a craftsmanship defect and is therefore not covered under warranty. As with all photography gear and equipment, camera straps and hardware need to be routinely inspected and upgraded periodically.

It is the responsibility of the camera owner to check the integrity of their gear regularly and ensure that all hardware is properly installed.
